What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you use the website:

• Messages: your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us.
• Hall rentals: your contact details and event details when you request a booking, and your name, signature, the date and time you signed and your internet address when you sign a rental agreement online.
• Event tickets: the buyer's name, email and phone number, the name on each ticket and any answers to event questions, like a meal choice.

Payments

Card payments for hall deposits and event tickets are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and is never stored on this website or seen by the Branch.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your message, manage your rental, send your booking and ticket emails and check you in at events. We don't sell or share it with anyone, except Stripe to process a payment.

Who can see it

Only Branch staff and volunteers who need it, like the people who manage rentals or check guests in at the door.

How long we keep it

We keep rental and ticket records as long as we need them for the Branch's records and accounting, then delete them.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping staff signed in. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and may set Google's own cookies.
